The hotel is situated in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood, perfect for a peaceful holiday. The pool is great and not crowded. The hotel offers security personnel who make sure that the guests are safe. , the hotel rooms are well cared for and very spacious.
The reception staff could use some improvement as they are not very helpful and sometimes increase the cost of services. The hotel lacks some basic amenities, like loungers at the pool.

The nearby restaurant, el palenquito, was the best place for dining, and it was just a short 15-minute walk away; there was also a bus stop within about a 10-minute walk from here, so it was convenient for getting around; overall, everything met our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this venue.

The hotel had free Wi-Fi and a pool, which made my stay more comfortable. The location was also very convenient, as it was close to a major business district and several good restaurants. the staff was helpful and provided good recommendations.
My room was in a building separate from the main hotel, and it was quite dated and a bit musty. The air conditioning was also weak and made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
